How to install tegolySIGN

Today we would like to show you how easy it is to integrate an app into MS Teams.

1. The challenge: How does our app get into the Teams?

Microsoft developed Teams specifically as a hub. It is therefore 'only' a collection point for software and apps. For example, it is also very easy to integrate the Outlook app there.

Using our tegolySIGN app as an example, we would like to show you how easy it is.

2. The solution: very simple, here it is!

In MS Teams, on the left-hand side, where you also see Chats, Teams and Calendar, you have an App Store icon under the three dots.

As soon as you click there, the Teams App Store opens, comparable to the App Store for Apple or the Play Store for Android.

You can now enter e.g. tegoly in the search field and our app will appear.

App search

If you click on the selected app, a window appears where you can add it.

If you wish, you or your admin can take another look at the required permissions.

After you have clicked on 'add', you are almost there. In order for the app to work properly, it still needs a few permissions, which you can find out here in this article.

Permission request

You may receive another registration request from MS Teams to continue and a summary of your settings will follow. Here you can choose the payment method, the number of licences and the version. Then click on 'Start trial subscription'.

Now we need a few company details for invoicing.

DON'T WORRY, THE TEST PHASE IS FREE OF CHARGE AND DOES NOT TURN INTO A SUBSCRIPTION.

A summary of all set data follows.

Well, what can we say, that's it. You can now start your test phase. It expires automatically after 14 days.

3. Conclusion: Installation and use are very simple.

The use of electronic signatures is the future - both for companies and private individuals. They are secure, legally valid, cost-effective and sustainable. We are convinced that more and more companies will rely on electronic signatures in the future, for business success and customer satisfaction.
